⚡ OVERCHARGED: Where Power is a Problem

Built for the GTA MegaJam Game Jam, Overcharged is a sci-fi precision platformer that flips the script on standard power-ups.

In most games, you want to be fully charged. In Overcharged, 100% battery makes you a loose cannon.

Your thrust is directly proportional to your power level. High power means you are fast, twitchy, and nearly impossible to control.

🛑 The Rules are Simple:

• 0% Power: You Explode.
• 100% Power: You crash into a wall at Mach 10 (and Explode).
• The Sweet Spot: Navigate the danger zone between starving for energy and being Overcharged.

🎮 Key Features:

• Momentum-Based Physics: Fight against gravity and your own engine. 
• Math-Powered Level Design: Charger follows real mathematical trajectories (Parabolas, Sine Waves, Linear Oscillations), requiring you to predict the curve to survive.
• Risk/Reward Gameplay: Do you grab that charger and risk losing control, or fly on empty and risk stalling out?
• 5 Hand-Crafted Levels: From the tutorial curves (y=x) to the chaos of  Sine Wave.

Controls

• Move / Hover: WAD or Arrow Keys
• Select Level: Left / Right (In Menu)
• Confirm: Enter
• Pilot Manual: M
• Quit to Menu: Esc
